CTEBN10Day 1  Arrive Beijing

You will be warmly greeted at the airport by a tour representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your own leisure. Beijing-the capital of China.

Day 2  Beijing (AB/L/SD)

Full day tour which begins at Tian An Men Square, which is noted as the biggest public square in the world, with its monument and buildings situated around the square’s perimeter. Thereafter we will visit the Forbidden City, the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming to the Qing dynasty. We will also visit the Summer Palace，which is declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1998.  After dinner, enjoy the fabulous Chinese Kongfu Show(optional tour).

CTEBN10-2Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)

You will visit the majestic Great Wall, the most famous image of China. Looking like a gigantic dragon across deserts, grasslands and mountains, it is one of the “Eight wonders of the World”.  We will hike along the Ju Yong Pass Great Wall. After that we will stop at a Jade Museum and learn the history of jade. After lunch, you will go and take pictures of the national stadium also known as “Bird’s Nest” and the national aquatics center also known as the “Water Cube”. Then visit the Tongrentang Chinese medicine Institute. After dinner, visit the famous Wangfujin Avenue.

CTEBN10-3Day 4 Beijing-Shanghai (B/L/D)

Visit the Temple of Heaven. It was the place where Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors came to worship the heaven. Later take the flight to Shanghai. Stay in Shanghai for overnight.

CTEBN10-4Day 5  Shanghai-Suzhou (B/L/D)

Shanghai is divided by the Huangpu River into eastern and western sections. Modern mega high rises are seen on the eastern side while traditional European style architecture may be seen on the west side. After breakfast, visit Nanjing Road, which is regarded as the NO.1 commercial street of China, Then enjoy some free time at City God Temple Bazaar, it is also regarded as a snack kingdom. Then visit The Bund which is known as the landmark of Shanghai, you can appreciate all kinds of buildings which represent the past, the present and the future of Shanghai. After lunch, visit Suzhou Bird’s Nest, designed by Paul Andrew who also designed the Beijing’s Bird Nest, it is the largest multifunctional center in Suzhou.

Visit Shan Tang Street(optional tour),a beautiful Chinese style water village like Venice.

After breakfast, visit Garden of Couple’s Retreat–one of the four most famous gardens in Suzhou. It is the world’s cultural heritage. The garden has a good reputation, popularly known as “Oriental Romantic”. Then visit the silk factory and learn the silk-making process. After lunch, drive to Nanjing, which is one of the four ancient capitals of China. After dinner, visit Confucian temple area, where you can appreciate the nice old architectures and Qinhuai River.

Day 7 Nanjing-Wuxi (B/L/D)

After breakfast, visit the Dr. Sun Yat Sen Mausoleum. Reclining on a mountain slope, the majestic mausoleum blends the styles of traditional imperial tombs and modern architecture. Then travel to Yangtze River Bridge, is a double-decked road-rail truss bridge across the Yangtze River between Pukou and Xiaguan in Nanjing. Then Visit the Jade Store. After lunch, drive to Wuxi. Visit No.1 residential building in Jiangnan – the Xue Family Garden (optional tour).Then visit the teapot Museum.

Wuxi is one of the oldest cities in china and has a history of more than 3000 years. Visit Lihu Park, , which is located in the bank of Lake Li with beautiful scene. And then visit the Fresh Water Pearl Center. After lunch, drive to Hangzhou. Marco Polo described Hangzhou as the “most beautiful and splendid city in the world”. Visit Leifeng Pagoda, a unique pagoda by the west lake which also connects with a famous Chinese love store-the Madam White Snake. After dinner, watch the Show” The Night of West Lake” (Optional tour)

CTEBN10-7Day 9 Hangzhou-Shanghai (B/L/D)

Enjoy Longjing green tea at Meijiawu Tea village after breakfast. It may be your first time to see the green tea plantation and taste the best green tea from China.
Then we will go back to Shanghai to visit the Gem store and Tong Ren Tong Herbal Institute. After Dinner, Huangpu River night cruise(optional tour), it is known as the best way to admire the beautiful night view of Shanghai.

Day 10 Shanghai-Home (B)

Transfer to the airport and tour ends.
